R E S O L U T I O N REYES , B. , J p : Section 6, Rule 43 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure states: "Section 6. Contents of the petition . The petition for review shall . . . c) be accompanied by a clearly legible duplicate original or a certified true copy of the award, judgment, final order or resolution appealed from, together with certified true copies of such material portions of the record referred to therein and other supporting papers; . . ." In the case at bench, the instant petition is not accompanied by copies of pertinent pleadings and other material portions of the record that would support the allegations of the petition. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the petition for review is hereby DISMISSED. SO ORDERED. acADIT Tria-Tirona and Sundiam, JJ . , concur.
