R E S O L U T I O N AGNIR , JR . , J p : A perusal of the instant petition for review under Rule 43 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure shows the following deficiencies: 1. the petition is not verified as required by Section 5 of the cited Rule; 2. it lacks a sworn certification against forum-shopping as required by Section 6; 3. there is no proof of service in the form of an affidavit as required by Section 13 of Rule 13; and 4. it is not accompanied by certified true copies of pertinent pleadings referred to in the petition as required by Section 6. Wherefore, pursuant to Section 7 of Rule 43, the petition is dismissed. SO ORDERED. Sandoval-Gutierrez and Dacudao, JJ ., concur. Agcaoili, J. , on leave.
