R E S O L U T I O N BELLO , JR. , J p : The Petition for being filed late and it appearing that the General Manager Matsuzaki Takashi, who supposedly signed the verification and certification of non-forum shopping, was not by Matsuzaki himself but other person without any proof or any showing that said person is authorized to sign in behalf of Matsuzaki, the petition is hereby DISMISSED .
