R E S O L U T I O N MABUTAS , JR. , J p : On January 31, 1997, this Court granted petitioner's "Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Review" on the ground that its counsel allegedly needed additional time to file the same (pages 5 of the Rollo ). cdt On February 7, 1997, this Court received another "Motion for Extension of Time to File Petition for Review" practically on the same ground (pages 6-8, Id .). Finding no merit in the second motion for extension, this Court DENIES the same. Consequently, let the petition be DISMISSED for failure of the petitioner to file the same within the reglementary period. IT IS SO ORDERED. Gonzaga-Reyes and Alio-Hormachuelos, JJ . , concur.
