RESOLUTION PAREDES , J p : This has reference to the motion 1 filed by the petitioner for a reconsideration of the Decision 2 dated May 12, 2015 denying the petition for certiorari . The Office of the Ombudsman filed its comment 3 to the motion. A considered scrutiny of the arguments set forth in the motion for reconsideration, as well as the comment thereto, reveals a finding that there are no new grounds or bases sufficient to compel modification or reversal of the assailed Decision.
