RESOLUTION In view of the arguments presented in petitioner's "MOTION FOR PARTIAL RECONSIDERATION ( of the Decision dated 21 January 2015 )" filed on March 4, 2015 praying for this Court to reconsider the Decision dated January 21, 2015, respondent is hereby ordered to file its comment within ten (10) days from receipt hereof.
