ORDER When this case was called for hearing, only respondent's counsel, Atty. Clarissa V. Babaran appeared. Petitioner's counsel failed to appear despite due notice. DETACa Considering the failure of petitioner's counsel to file a Pre-Trial Brief and absence in today's Pre-Trial Conference, the oral motion of respondent's counsel for the dismissal of the instant case, is hereby GRANTED .
