ORDER When this case was called for the pre-trial and for the hearing of petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Petition , counsel for petitioner, Atty. Demetri Albert L. Felix, and counsels for respondent, Attys. Nia Suzette M. Mendoza and Rachelle L. Ngo, appeared. Finding petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review filed on July 29, 2019 to be in order, and there being no objection from respondent's counsels, the same is hereby GRANTED. WHEREFORE, the Petition for Review is hereby deemed withdrawn and the above-captioned case is considered closed and terminated. SO ORDERED. Quezon City, Philippines, August 1, 2019. Juanito C.
