July 12, 2001 BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE OPINION Ms. Liwayway S. Figarola Sanchez 1046 National Road Tayuman Binangonan, Rizal M a d a m : This refers to your request under a letter dated March 5, 2001 for assistance of this Bureau concerning the issuance of a separate tax declaration in favor of Ms. Eladia Simagala over a portion of a parcel of land owned by Mr. Francisco Simagala at Tayuman, said municipality, covering an area of six hundred twenty (620) square meters. In this connection, enclosed is a copy of the letter dated April 16, 2001 of the Provincial Assessor of Rizal reiterating that your abovementioned request can not be given due course in view of the objection of the co-possessor/owners on the unequal sharing of the property as contained in the attached letter dated February 27, 2001 of Zoila S.
