Luna Street Vigan City Sir : This refers to your letter dated December 11, 2010 addressed to His Excellency BENIGNO C. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, copy furnished the Hon. CESAR V. PURISIMA, Secretary, Department of Finance, and forwarded to this Bureau under a 1st Indorsement dated 18 January 2011 for appropriate action. THAICD For information, said letter was referred to the Office of the City Treasurer of Vigan for comments together with all the necessary and pertinent papers/documents relative to the tax liability of NTRCI under a 2nd Indorsement dated January 26, 2011, copy attached. In reply, the City Treasurer of Vigan, in her letter dated March 23, 2011, copy attached, submitted her responses to your claims. In view of the foregoing, any further comments and/or reactions to the above rejoinder may be addressed directly to the Office of the City Treasurer of Vigan.
