August 24, 1993 BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE OPINION The Municipal Treasurer San Juan del Monte, Metro Manila M a d a m : This refers to the letter dated June 30, 1993 of Mr. Napoleon G. Co, President/General Manager of COHACO Trading Corporation, 250 Ibuna Street, Barrio Onse, San Juan, Metro Manila, to this Bureau requesting for clarification on retirement of business, for reasons specified therein. In this connection, attached is a copy of our letter of even date to Mr. Co for your information. However, that office may request information from the Municipal Treasurer of Malabon on whether said company has secured a permit to operate in Malabon and the date it started operations in said municipality to determine whether deductions or adjustments have to be made in the computation of the taxes due the municipality of San Juan.
