Feliciano 65 Via Vene Street Villa Firenze Subdivision Cullat, Tandang Sora Quezon City S i r : This refers to your letter dated November 9, 2004, in effect requesting assistance in the settlement of your real property tax delinquencies corresponding to your real properties (lands) located in Pililia, Rizal. You submitted that you have incomplete records of assessment of your lands which include, among others, two (2) parcels of land identified under ARP Nos. 00P-007-1301 and 00P-007-3447 with areas of 44,798 sq.m. and 17,7784, sq.m., more or less, respectively. In this connection, enclosed is a copy of the 2nd Indorsement dated December 7, 2004 of the Provincial Assessor of Rizal, together with the attached certified true copies of the Declaration of Real Property corresponding to the real properties found in your name and a certain Andres A. Feliciano, Jr. located thereat, for your reference. Likewise, also enclosed herewith is the letter dated December 14, 2004 of the concerned Provincial Treasurer, submitting a copy of the Real Property Tax Order of Payment corresponding to your abovementioned two (2) parcels of land under ARP Nos. 00P-007-1301 and 00P-007-3447 indicating delinquencies for the years 1995-2004 (P25,921.10) and 1990-2004 (P115,330.70), respectively.
