Philippine Representative Office 707 Richville Corporate Center 1314 Commerce Avenue Madrigal Business Park Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City Madam : This refers to your letter dated March 8, 2010 inquiring whether the assessed (re-assessment) business tax of HY-CAD SYSTEMS AND ENGINEERING PTE LTD (HY-CAD for brevity) for the current year in the amount of P64,774.00, down from the previous assessment of P119,774.00 based on the minimum amount of P5M gross sales fixed for a Representative Office with zero sales , is fair and reasonable. Please be informed that said letter was referred to the Office of the City Treasurer of Muntinlupa for comment and/or appropriate action under a 1st Indorsement of even date, copy attached.
