March 8, 2011 BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE OPINION 1st Indorsement Respectfully referred to the City Treasurer, Tagbilaran City, for comment and/or appropriate action the herein letter dated February 4, 2011 of Mr. Peter P. Dejaresco, President, Bohol Chronicle Radio Corporation, addressed to that Office, copy furnished this Bureau, requesting for an assessment by that Office on the pertinent taxes or fees that their corporation must pay for the issuance of Mayor's permit which has been denied for the past three years. TaDSHC Mr. Dejaresco alleged that they have no intention of evading payment of any just and equitable charges that may levied on the corporation. As proof, they consigned before the Clerk of Court for Multiple Salas of the Regional Trial Court in Bohol cash money deemed representative of payment for the applicable fees.
