January 25, 2011 BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE OPINION Ms. Petrona V. Dionisio RHOM-ONA Industries 306 M.H. del Pilar St., Maysilo, Malabon City Madam : This refers to your letter dated November 9, 2010, regarding the assessment of business tax made by the Office of the City Treasurer of Malabon on your business, RHOM-ONA Industries, a sole proprietorship entity that deals in the manufacture of aluminum caps for Petron LPG. In a letter dated December 3, 2010, addressed to your company, it appears that the City Treasurer had answered accordingly the allegations indicated in your letter and invited you to a dialogue to satisfy the issues. However, in a letter dated January 14, 2011, copy enclosed, the City Treasurer informed this Bureau that you have not filed your application for the retirement of business or replied to her letter dated December 3, 2010.
