September 9, 1999 BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE OPINION The City Assessor San Fernando City, La Union S i r : Thank you for the Certification dated September 7, 1999 concerning the status of real property tax assessment records pertaining to Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-8260, which the undersigned forwarded to the BCDA Validating Committee. In this connection, information is further requested as to the action that has been taken by that Office upon learning that "no Tax Declaration" has been issued covering TCT No. T-8260. Moreover, information is also requested as to the real property tax records of the subject real property prior to Shipside's ownership, or during the period when the same was still registered under OCT No. 16; OCT No. RO 1324(16) (in the name of Bonifacia Galvez Munar and Maximo Ducusin); TCT No. T-8259 (in the names of Modesto Casugay, Catalina Estigoy, Bonifacio Munar, Maximo Ducusin, Hipolito Ducusin and Pastora Ducusin). The Validating Committee is, likewise, requesting the real property tax records concerning the real property registered under OCT No. 0-599 in the name of the Spouses Marcelino B.
