July 27, 2001 BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE OPINION Mr. Romulo Ma. Falqueza Calatrava, Romblon S i r : This refers to your letter dated November 20, 1999 in behalf of Mr. Benjamin M. Falqueza, addressed to the Secretary of Finance, which was referred to this Bureau for appropriate action, appealing on the denial of your request for the update and issuance of tax declaration in the name of the heirs of Francisco M. Falqueza. In this connection, enclosed is a copy of the 5th Indorsement dated March 9, 2001 of the Provincial Assessor of Romblon, informing this Bureau that the issues subject of your letter-appeal were already resolved by both parties, and the subject property was transferred in the game of Mrs. Francisca M. Falqueza by means of a Deed of Absolute Sale, and subsequently issued Tax Declaration No. 0434, effective 2000. We trust that the foregoing have addressed your concerns.
