Mitra Building Batasan Complex, Batasan Hills Quezon City Sir : This refers to your letter dated January 24, 2011 requesting this Bureau to submit its position paper relative to the amendatory measure regarding the Charter of the Cooperative Development Authority, H.B. No. 2354 entitled "An Act to Reorganize and Strengthen the Cooperative Development Authority, Repealing for this Purpose Repu blic Act No. 69 39, Otherwise Known as the Charter of the Cooperative Development Authority, and for Other Purposes." Comment is also requested on the propriety of the provisions of RA No. 9520, also known as the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008.
