Luna Street, San Juan Metro Manila S i r : This refers to your letter dated October 30, 2000, requesting assistance in behalf of your client, Mr. Juan Dy, on the alleged refusal of the City Treasurer's Office of Caloocan City, to accept the real property tax payment offered by your client, over a property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. C-26090, situated at Balintawak, Quezon City with an area of 8,500 sq.m. In this connection, enclosed is a copy of the letter of November 22, 2000, in response to our 1st Indorsement dated November 8, 2000 of the City Assessor of Caloocan City, informing that there are no available records of the said property described as Lot 6400 of the Cadastral Survey of Caloocan Cd 267 covered by TCT No. C-26090 in the name of Lilia Sevilla from whom your client, Mr. Juan Dy bought the property. caAICE We hope that we have been of service to you.
