(AMACC) General Tinio Street Corner South Super Hi-way Bangkal, Makati City M a d a m : This refers to your letter dated October 13, 2006 requesting confirmation on whether or not the lands, buildings and improvements owned by AMACC located at the abovementioned addressed which you alleged are actually, directly and exclusively use for educational purposes are exempted from the payment of real property tax, and requesting further the issuance of tax declarations on the ten (10) storey building including the equipment found therein. In this connection, enclosed is a copy of our 1st Indorsement of even date addressed to the City Assessor of Makati City directing him to conduct an ocular inspection on the real properties in question and submit report thereon.
