In this connection, enclosed is a copy of a 2nd Indorsement dated February 20, 2002 of the City Assessor of Pasig City, in response to our 1st Indorsement dated February 4, 2002, with the information that: "the request of IBP . . . is already moot and academic since its properties located in Pasig City had been already classified as exempt or non taxable as evidenced by the series of tax declarations issued for that purpose." aTIAES Very truly yours, (SGD.)
