June 25, 2010 BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE OPINION 1st Indorsement Respectfully referred to the Executive Director, Bureau of Local Government Finance, Manila, for comment and appropriate action, the attached letter dated May 20, 2010 of Mr. Jeffrey T. Ng, President of Millennium Properties and Brokerage, Inc., requesting for a ruling on the exemption from transfer tax under Section 135 of the Local Government Code of 1991 of the intended conveyance of land pursuant to the requirements of Republic Act No. 4726, otherwise known as the Condominium Act.
