Rodriguez Sr. Avenue Quezon City S i r : This refers to your request for assistance concerning the assessment of the real properties (machineries) owned by that Authority located in Kidapawan, North Cotabato. In this connection, please be informed that the City Assessor of Kidapawan City under his 11th Indorsement dated August 9, 1999, in compliance with the instructions embodied under our 9th Indorsement dated May 26, 1999, forwarded to this Bureau the following information: "Pursuant to the instruction embodied in the 9th Indorsement dated May 26, 1999, following adjustments or revisions were made: "1) The assessment of the Satake Generating Set and Rice Mill Machinery was transferred from taxable to exempt effective 1987 to 1992, and 1995 up to the 3rd quarter of the calendar year 1999, this being in operation during the second quarter; "2) The assessment of Kaneko Mechanical Drier was likewise transferred from taxable to exempt effective 1992 to 1998 and from exempt to taxable effective 1999."
