Abico, Sr. Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay SUBJECT : Re: Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 65-10-2016 Dear Vice Mayor Abico : This has reference to Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 65-10-2016, requesting the Executive Secretary, Chairman or the Oversight Committee on Devolution, Malacaang, Manila, to provide a copy of the latest directive on the updates of land area as basis for the 25% computation of Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) shares of your LGU. Much to our desire to be of assistance to the request as embodied in the said resolution, this Bureau or the Department has no participation in the computation of the IRA, or in the updating of the land area as basis for the computation of IRA. Attached for your perusal is a copy of Local Budget Memorandum (LBM) Nos. 74 and 74-A dated 15 June 2016 and 9 September 2016, respectively, downloaded from the DBM official website. It could be gleaned from the said documents that the reference used therein by the DBM is the FY 2001 master list of land area certified by the Land Management Bureau pursuant to Oversight Committee on Devolution Resolution No. 1, s. 2005 dated 12 September 2005.
