July 9, 2012 BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE OPINION 1st Indorsement Respectfully forwarded to the Executive Director, Bureau of Local Government Finance, Manila, the herewith letter-tracer dated June 22, 2012 of Mr. Edwin J. Acevedo, City Assessor, Bislig City, in follow-up to his earlier letter query dated January 4, 2012, which was transmitted under this Office's 1st Indorsement dated January 31, 2012, copy attached, on the appropriate action to be taken with regards to the request of National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) for the cancellation of Tax Declarations in their name over certain properties, and to be declared instead in the name of NPC/TRANSCO, the previous owner.
