Fatima Capon No. 26, Gabaya Street Barangay Barretto Olongapo City M a d a m : This refers to your letter dated September 9, 1999 addressed to the Honorable Secretary, Department of Finance (DOF) which was referred to this Bureau for appropriate action, in effect questioning the issuance of two (2) identical copies of Tax Declaration No. 15-2920 covering a single property (building), one in your name and the other in the name of Lucita Velasco. In this connection, enclosed is a copy of the letter dated January 3, 2000 of the City Assessor, that city, informing this Bureau that: 1. The subject property was originally declared in the name of Ms. Lucita Velasco and only in her name, under Tax Declaration No. 001-2441, effective the year 1994 up to the present. 2. Tax declarations covering the subject real property issued other than that in the name of Ms. Velasco, is deemed spurious or fake.
