July 1, 2019 BTr TREASURY CIRCULAR NO. 004-19 TO : All Heads of Departments, Bureaus and Offices of National Government Agencies and Local Government Units, Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations, State Universities and Colleges, State Auditors, and All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Amendment of Section 7.1.7 of Treasury Circular 02-2009 dated 06 August 2009, Regarding the Approval of Confirmation Letter (CL) Section 7.1.7 of Treasury Circular 02-2009 dated 06 August 2009 is hereby amended as follows: 7.1.7 The CTOO II/Officer-In-Charge (OIC)/In-Charge of Office (ICO) shall approve all bond application upon proof of compliance under Sec. 7.1.6.
