Revised Effectivity Date of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) and Other Related Reports in Relation to Recently Issued Regulations

M-2015-028 TO : All Banks/Trust Institutions/Non-Stock Savings and Loans Associations and Financing Companies and Investment Houses under BSP Supervision SUBJECT : Revised Effectivity Date of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) and Other Related Reports in Relation to Recently Issued Regulations With reference to the enhancements on the reporting structure of the FRP for banks, the FRP for Trust Institutions, the Consolidated Statement of Condition/Consolidated Statement of Income (CSOC/CSIE) for Non-Stock Savings and Loans Associations and CSOC for Financing Companies and Investment Houses in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 880 dated 22 May 2015 on the Reportorial Requirements on Personal Equity and Retirement Account (PERA) and Circular No. 883 dated 10 July 2015 on the Amendment to Pertinent Regulations on Motor Vehicle Loans, the effectivity date for the maiden submission using the enhanced data entry reporting templates is hereby moved from reporting period ending June 2015 to reporting period ending September 2015. The dissemination of the data entry reporting templates for the said reports which are to take effect starting with reporting period ending 30 September 2015 shall be covered by a separate issuance.
