March 16, 2015 BSP MEMORANDUM NO. M-2015-015 TO : All Universal/Commercial Banks (UKBs) and Thrift Banks (TBs) SUBJECT : Amendment to the Consolidated Daily Report of Condition (CDRC) Pursuant to Circular No. 870 dated 20 February 2015 on the Amendments to Appendix 6 (Reports Required of Banks) and Other Related Subsections of the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB), the Consolidated Daily Report of Condition (CDRC) is hereby amended as follows: 1. Beginning reserve report week-ending 09 April 2015, the updated list of the prescribed valid record numbers for the CDRC for Universal/Commercial Banks and Thrift Banks shall no longer include valid record numbers pertaining to the Schedule of Non-Risk Assets as approved under the said Circular. 2. The updated list of the prescribed valid record numbers, along with the corresponding prescribed Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file structure and Control Prooflist (CP) for the CDRC can be downloaded from http://www.bsp.gov.ph/ses/reporting_templates or requested from the BSP-Supervisory Data Center (SDC). 3. Banks are to electronically transmit the CSV with filename, SES01000.CSV and the CP with filename, CDRC-CP.PDF duly notarized and signed by the authorized bank officials. 4. Consistent with existing CDRC submission guidelines, both the CSV and CP (in PDF) are to be electronically submitted within the prescribed deadline to the following e-mail addresses: E-Mail Address Type of Reporting Bank [emailprotected] Universal/Commercial Banks (UKBs) [emailprotected] Thrift Banks (TBs) using the following required format for the subject, as follows: "CDRC <bank name>, <week-ended reference date>" as illustrated in the sample below: SECATH To : [emailprotected] Subject : CDRC Bank Name, 09 April 2015 5. Banks that are unable to electronically transmit the said CDRC files can submit the same via CD together with the corresponding scanned PDF copy of the CP through messengerial or postal services within the prescribed deadline to: The Director Supervisory Data Center (SDC) Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas 11th Floor, Multi-Storey Building BSP Complex, A. Mabini Street Malate, Manila 1004 6. In accordance with BSP Memorandum No. M-2014-020 dated 22 April 2014, only electronic submissions originating from officially registered e-mail address/es of the bank shall be recognized and accepted by the SDC. Same registered e-mail address/es shall be used by the SDC in electronically acknowledging the submitted report and transmitting the corresponding validation results. 7. Report submissions that do not conform to the above prescribed procedures shall be considered erroneous or defective, and thus, considered unsubmitted. It likewise follows that only the CSV and CP prescribed by the BSP for the CDRC shall be deemed compliant with the existing reportorial requirements and standards subject to validation and applicable penalties for late and/or erroneous reporting for Category A-2 reports as prescribed under Subsection X192.2 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks.
