October 6, 2005 BSP MEMORANDUM TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions under BSP supervision SUBJECT : Clarification to the Memorandum to All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries (NBFIs) dated 2 September 2005 on the General Information Sheet (GIS) In connection with Memorandum to all Banks and NBFIs dated 2 September 2005 requiring the submission to the BSP of the duplicate copy of the prescribed General Information Sheet (GIS) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the following clarifications are hereby issued: 1. All banks and NBFIs, which have submitted their most recent GIS to the SEC prior to the issuance of the 2 September 2005 memorandum, are required to immediately provide the BSP with a duplicate copy of said GIS. Said duplicate copy stamped received by the SEC shall be forwarded to: BSP Supervisory Data Center 16th Floor, Multi-Storey Building, BSP Complex A. Mabini Street, Malate, Manila 2. The submission process provided in the 2 September 2005 memorandum shall apply to banks and NBFIs which, as of this date, have not yet submitted their most recent GIS to the SEC.
