May 22, 1997 BSP CIRCULAR NO. 128-97 The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 493 dated April 30, 1997 approved the amendment of Section 2377 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks and Other Financial Intermediaries Book II, so as to include as item f among the financial allied undertakings wherein thrift banks may be allowed to invest in: cdta "f.
