August 31, 2022 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2022-068 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Community Rural Bank of Romblon (Romblon), Inc. Change of Corporate Name to Netbank (A Rural Bank), Inc. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of the Community Rural Bank of Romblon (Romblon), Inc. to Netbank (A Rural Bank), Inc. The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 10 August 2022.
