April 22, 2022 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2022-041 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : AuroraBank (A Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank), Inc. Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the change of corporate name of AuroraBank (A Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank), Inc. to AuroraBank (A Rural Bank), Inc. on 17 November 2021. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name on 4 February 2022. For information and guidance.
