January 25, 2022 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2022-009 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Banco Laguna, Inc. (A Rural Bank Since 1965) Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the change of corporate name of Banco Laguna, Inc. (A Rural Bank Since 1965) to SeaBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) on 17 September 2021. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name on 9 December 2021. For information and guidance.
