January 4, 2022 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2022-001 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Merger of Producers Savings Bank Corporation and Masuwerte Rural Bank of Bacoor (Cavite), Inc. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 15 December 2021 the Articles and Plan of Merger executed on 2 July 2021, by and between, Producers Savings Bank Corporation (PROSB), the surviving corporation, and Masuwerte Rural Bank of Bacoor (Cavite), Inc. (MSWTB), the absorbed corporation, whereby the entire assets and liabilities of MSWTB will be transferred to and absorbed by PROSB. The merger took effect on 16 December 2021.
