July 15, 2021 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2021-057 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Conversion of Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Thrift Bank) into a Rural Bank to be Known as Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) The Securities and Exchange Commission registered on 23 November 2020 the conversion of Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Thrift Bank) into a rural bank to be known as Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank). The corresponding Certificate of Authority to Operate as a rural bank was issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 3 February 2021. The Bank started to operate as a rural bank on 1 July 2021.
