May 21, 2021 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2021-043 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Malayan Bank Savings and Mortgage Bank, Inc. Change of Corporate Name to Malayan Savings Bank, Inc. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Malayan Bank Savings and Mortgage Bank, Inc. to Malayan Savings Bank, Inc. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 05 May 2021 the Amended Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name. For information and guidance. (SGD.)
