May 24, 2021 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2021-042 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Inter-Asia Development Bank Change of Corporate Name to LOLC Bank Philippines, Inc. (A Thrift Bank) The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Inter-Asia Development Bank to LOLC BANK PHILIPPINES, INC. (A Thrift Bank). The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 21 April 2021.
