March 30, 2021 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2021-026 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Merger of Producers Savings Bank Corporation, Rural Bank of San Quintin, Inc. and Peoples Bank of Caraga, Inc. (A Rural Bank) The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 26 February 2021 the Articles and Plan of Merger executed on 19 May 2020, by and between, Producers Savings Bank Corporation (PROSB), the surviving corporation, and Rural Bank of San Quintin, Inc. (SAQUI) and Peoples Bank of Caraga, Inc. (A Rural Bank) (PBCAR), the absorbed corporations, whereby the entire assets and liabilities of SAQUI and PBCAR will be transferred to and absorbed by PROSB.
