CL-2021-009 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Bank of China Limited-Manila Branch Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Bank of China Limited-Manila Branch to Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited-Manila Branch. The Branch has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended License to Transact Business in the Philippines bearing its new corporate name on 15 December 2020.
