December 14, 2020 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2020-060 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. Establishment and Commencement of Operations The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1978 dated 19 December 2019, approved the application for authority to establish a rural bank to be known as Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. The Bank was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on 26 May 2020. The corresponding Certificate of Authority to Operate as a rural bank was issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 3 September 2020. The Bank started its operations on 25 November 2020.
