October 26, 2020 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2020-050 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Rural Bank of Atimonan, Inc. Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of the corporate name of Rural Bank of Atimonan, Inc. to "Bayanihan Bank, Inc. doing business under the name and style of Bayanihan Bank (A Rural Bank)." The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 27 August 2020 the Amended Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name. For information and guidance. (SGD.)
