Change of Corporate Name to Welcome Bank (Rural Bank), Inc. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized on 06 April 2020 the change of corporate name of Smart Bank (Rural Bank), Inc. to Welcome Bank (Rural Bank), Inc.
