Nio Rural Bank (Ternate, Cavite), Inc. to be known as One Unified Rural Bank of Cavite, Inc. Doing business under the name and style of "OUR Bank." The corresponding Certificate of Authority to Operate as a rural bank was issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 31 January 2020.
