October 18, 2019 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2019-078 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Tanay Rural Bank, Inc. Change of Corporate Name to TRBank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Tanay Rural Bank, Inc. to TRBank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) on 11 June 2019. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered the Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name on 25 September 2019.
