March 12, 2019 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2019-020 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : First State Rural Bank, Inc. Change of Corporate Name to First State Bank, Inc., A Rural Bank The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the change of corporate name of First State Rural Bank, Inc. to "First State Bank, Inc., A Rural Bank" on 19 September 2018.
