December 4, 2018 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2018-087 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Maritime Bank Corporation (A Rural Bank) Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Maritime Savings Bank Corporation to "Maritime Bank Corporation (A Rural Bank)." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon on 14 September 2018.
