December 20, 2018 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2018-084 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Rural Bank of Bugasong (Antique), Inc. Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Rural Bank of Bugasong (Antique), Inc. to "Bangko Kaisa, Inc. (Formerly: Rural Bank of Bugasong (Antique), Inc.)" on 6 July 2018. The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 17 October 2018.
