CL-2018-080 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Rizal Bank, Inc., A Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank Change of Corporate Name to CARD MRI Rizal Bank, Inc., A Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the change of corporate name of Rizal Bank, Inc., A Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank to "CARD MRI Rizal Bank, Inc., A Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank" on 3 July 2018. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name on 5 October 2018.
