December 14, 2018 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2018-079 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Merger between Marayo Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) and Rural Bank of Oton (Iloilo), Inc. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 06 December 2018 the Articles and Plan of Merger executed by and between Marayo Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) [MRYNO], the surviving corporation, and Rural Bank of Oton (Iloilo), Inc. [OTON], the absorbed corporation, whereby the entire assets and liabilities of OTON will be transferred to and absorbed by MRYNO. HTcADC The merger took effect on 07 December 2018.
